EVENT: Trade Justice in a post-Brexit World - where do we go next?

25 July 2016 - 8:45am
Event

Event date: Thursday 28 July -  6.30pm-9pm

Location: Newspeak House - 133 Bethnal Green Road, London, E2 7DG

Students Against TTIP London is bringing together campaigners and activists for an evening of open discussion about the next steps for the trade justice movement. Now, it is more important than ever to fight for for trade justice. As our government sets out to renegotiate our position in the post-Brexit world, it will  be looking to negotiate our own trade deals that will be the same or worse than TTIP. CETA is also still very much on the table and we have to pull our efforts together to stop this toxic trade deal.

So, let's come together to kick-start a refocused and reinvigorated campaign for trade justice in the post-Brexit world. Doors open at 6.30pm and the discussion will take place between 7pm and 9pm, with opportunity to stay and socialise afterwards. Nibbles and wine will be provided on the night and everyone is welcome to bring their own additional food.
