Emergency Resolutions
In an emergency, resolutions may be submitted for consideration by the AGM after the deadline for receipt of ordinary resolutions, that is 1pm on Thursday 7 January 2010.For a resolution to be considered on this basis it must:
• Relate solely to matters that have taken place since 1pm on Thursday 7 January 2010
• Be seconded and submitted in writing on the relevant form to David Rudkin, War on Want, Development House, 56-64 Leonard Street, London EC2A 4LT no less than 24 hours before the AGM is due to take place.
