AGM 2011: emergency resolutions

In an emergency, resolutions may be submitted for consideration by the AGM after the deadline for receipt of ordinary resolutions, that is 1pm on Thursday 16 December 2010.
For a resolution to be considered on this basis it must:
- Relate solely to matters that have taken place since 1pm on Thursday 16 December 2010
- Be seconded and submitted in writing on the relevant form to David Rudkin, War on Want, 44-48 Shepherdess Walk, London N1 7JP no less than 48 hours before the AGM is due to take place.
