- The Bournemouth Railway Social Club played host to an indie rock show which raised more than £600 for War on Want. Click here for photos from the gig
- Seven-year old Jack Rylott-Byrd raised over £200 after organising a bring & buy sale at his school - more here
- Former volunteer David Stranger-Jones completed a gruelling 1000km cycle ride from London to the south of France, raising over £800
- Usha Patel ran the Reading half-marathon and drew in a huge amount of support from family and friends, raising over £750
- Tania Bond completed a 5k charity marathon in Sefton Park, Liverpool, raising over £300
