Day of Action - Saturday 11 October
Kick off the 100-day countdown to the departure of Bush and Cheney with a day of action telling them: Hands off Iraqi oil!

As the Iraqi people continue to suffer under foreign occupation, multinational corporations continue in their efforts to control Iraq’s oil. Before leaving office, the Bush administration is determined to pass an oil law that would hand over Iraq’s oil to companies like Shell and BP for a generation.
In solidarity with Iraq’s oil workers who oppose the law, join the Hands Off Iraqi Oil coalition on 11 October to demand that Iraq’s oil benefit Iraqis, and not multinational corporations. Don’t let Bush and Cheney sell off Iraq's oil for a generation.
Hands Off Iraqi Oil is a UK coalition which opposes any foreign exploitation of Iraq’s oil reserves that rips off the Iraqi people. It is supported by the Stop the War Coalition. For more information on the campaign please visit www.handsoffiraqioil.org
