Activist Training Day

• How to campaign on global justice and development issues - how to communicate messages successfully and bring others on board of your campaign
• Structures of power and influence – how things work in government and who to target for campaigning actions – sharing successful campaign strategies
• Media skills workshop – techniques of how to deal with the media – how to get a story in local/student media
  

The day was a success! Even though fewer people showed up than had registered (too early in the morning? transport disruption?) everyone enjoyed themselves and got stuck into the workshop and the campaigning activities.
