Welcome to the Youth Action Network...
The Youth Action Network (YAN) is a specific area of War on Want’s campaigns, which aims to engage people who want to get more involved in active campaigning. YAN seeks to involve people in our campaigns and provide the tools to help in the fight for justice for the worlds poor. However you don’t need to be a student or under 25 to get involved!
The YAN website pages are updated regularly with accounts of our recent events, latest actions, and information about how you can get involved in our campaigns and make a difference.
The YAN works on the principle that every individual has an important voice and part to play in the fight against poverty, no matter how much time or knowledge you may have about the issue.
We encourage people to write in, fundraise, campaign and raise awareness of important poverty issues.
As part of the network you will receive
email updates, can book speakers or order campaign materials such as guides to campaigning and educational resources. You just need to
register with us.
